Curriculum

Students at all levels at UW-Madison take advantage of rich transdisciplinary course offerings in the study of visual cultures which span a wide variety of schools and departments, including the arts, humanities, sciences, and social sciences. Students with an interest in visual cultures work closely with the Center for Visual Cultures faculty affiliates on their programs of study. The benefit of the networked, transdisciplinary structure of our program is that undergraduate and graduate students will gain a firm grounding in a discipline and comprehensive theoretical and methodological training in visual cultures studies as a transdisciplinary practice.
